APPELLATION: Toscana IGT Rosato

GRAPE VARIETIES: Pugnitello, Sangiovese

SOIL: Clay-limestone.

HARVEST: Hand-picked with double selection of the grapes.

VINIFICATION: The grapes are destemmed and gently pressed to achieve a juice yield of 50%. The must is then transferred to stainless steel tanks, where it undergoes cold static settling during the first 48 hours to remove the coarse lees. Alcoholic fermentation follows at a controlled temperature for approximately fifteen to twenty days, accompanied by daily bâtonnage to keep the fine lees in suspension.

AGEING: Five months in stainless steel tanks on the fine lees, with regular bâtonnage, followed by a further three months of bottle ageing.

BOTTLING: February 2026.

ALCOHOL: 12% alc./vol.

TASTING NOTES: Pale pink in colour with delicate bright reflections. The bouquet reveals elegant floral aromas accompanied by notes of fresh red berries. On the palate, the wine is soft, refined and vibrant, supported by a pleasant saline character that leads to a long, balanced finish.
