APPELLATION: Toscana IGT Bianco

GRAPE VARIETY: Trebbiano

SOIL: Clay-limestone.

HARVEST: Hand-picked with double selection of the grapes.

VINIFICATION: Eighty percent of the grapes are destemmed and transferred to unlined concrete tanks, where alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature for approximately fifteen days with skin contact. The remaining twenty percent is gently pressed to achieve a juice yield of 50–60% and vinified in 220 L and 400 L Wine Globes, where both fermentation and skin maceration take place.

AGEING: Following fermentation, the wine undergoes a further two months of ageing: an initial period on the skins followed by ageing on the fine lees, accompanied by regular bâtonnage. The different lots are then blended and matured for two months in stainless steel tanks, allowing protein and tartrate stabilization before a further three months of bottle ageing.

BOTTLING: February 2026.

ALCOHOL: 12% alc./vol.

TASTING NOTES: Pale straw yellow with golden highlights. The bouquet opens with elegant aromas of dried fruit and exotic fruit. On the palate, the wine is refined, complex and vibrant, supported by a lively saline character that leads to a long, mineral finish.
