GRAPE VARIETY: 40% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Chardonnay, 20% Gewürztraminer

SOIL: Calcareous clay

HARVEST: The certified-organic grapes are handpicked and twice sorted.

WINEMAKING: De-stemmed grapes are lightly pressed to obtain the must, which is then transferred to temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks where the 15-day fermentation occurs.

AGING: Five months in 500-litre French oak barrels, followed by one month in stainless-steel tanks.

BOTTLING: May 2024

ALCOHOL: 15%

TASTING NOTES: Straw-yellow colour with hints of vanilla, white rose, and tropical fruits on the nose. The wine envelops the mouth with a pleasant minerality on the finish.
