SOIL: Calcareous clay

HARVEST: The certified-organic grapes are handpicked and twice sorted.

WINEMAKING: De-stemmed grapes are transferred to fermentation tanks, with half of the juice placed in non-vitrified concrete and the remaining 50% in stainless steel. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature for two weeks, followed by maceration on the skins for three days.

AGING: Four months in stainless-steel tanks followed by three months in bottle.

BOTTLING: February 2024

ALCOHOL: 13.5%

TASTING NOTES: A brilliant ruby-coloured wine with hints of cherry and orange peel on the nose, elegant on the palate. Suggested serving: chilled.
